Olga Grenet is an experienced attorney ready to serve you in your legal matter. She is an integral part of our bankruptcy department providing much-needed guidance to prospective clients who are considering filing bankruptcy; zealously representing our clients in their legal cases. Ms. Grenet has appeared in over a thousand Section 341 Meeting of Creditors in the Federal Court Districts of Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. She has successfully negotiated over a thousand bankruptcy “buyback” agreements with Court appointed Bankruptcy Trustees and brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients of “what to expect” before it happens. That is crucial for a lawyer in this field of law. With the University of Central Florida as her alma mater, Olga went on to receive her juris doctor degree from Barry University School of Law, graduating with honors at the top of her law school class. She passed the bar exam on her first attempt with one of the highest scores in the state of Florida. Olga sat on the executive board for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society as well as Barry’s Black and Gold Society. Her strong oral argument skills earned her an invitation to compete for a spot on the law school’s moot court.
