Before focusing her practice on bankruptcy and debt relief, Flavia was an Honors Hire Attorney for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she gained extensive experience in federal tax law and financial regulations. She also co-managed an insurance and financial services company and operated a successful real estate business. This diverse background allows her to approach bankruptcy cases with both legal precision and practical financial insight, helping clients understand not only how to eliminate debt but how to move forward and rebuild credit confidently.

Flavia graduated cum laude in the United States and is duly licensed to practice law in both Brazil and the United States. Her international training and financial background give her a unique ability to help clients navigate complex legal and financial issues with confidence and care.

Flavia counsels clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy and debt settlement matters. She treats everyone with compassion and without judgment, allowing clients to discuss difficult financial situations openly and confidently. Her goal is always to provide clarity, empathy, and a sense of relief through effective solutions that restore financial peace of mind.

Born and raised in Brazil, Flavia brings a global perspective and multilingual fluency to her work. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Italian, conversational in Spanish, and has working knowledge of French and German, allowing her to serve a diverse range of Central Florida clients.

Outside the office, Flavia enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, volunteering at her church, cooking, reading, and exploring new cultures through travel.
